Alex has more than seven years of experience executing complex transactions, having advised on more than 30 announced and closed M&A and capital markets transactions with an aggregate value of over $6 billion. Alex has broad experience across healthcare verticals, including pharmaceutical services, diagnostics, software, and HCIT. Prior to joining Crosstree Capital, Alex was at Jefferies advising technology and growth companies, and at Houlihan Lokey’s #1 globally ranked Financial Restructuring Group advising companies on recapitalization/restructuring, M&A, and financing transactions. Alex began his career as an analyst at Johnson Rice & Company where he focused on providing investment banking services for Energy businesses.
