Amanda Dydynski

Amanda Dydynski is a senior health sciences M&A professional with more than a decade of investment banking and life sciences leadership experience. She has worked with a broad spectrum of life sciences companies and has successfully completed more than $5B of M&A advisory and capital markets transactions. Prior to joining Crosstree, Amanda led KPMG’s pharma services coverage and spent 8 years building out their Life Sciences Investment Banking platform. Prior to KPMG, she worked in business development at pharmaceutical giant Bayer as well as the Centre for Commercialization of Regenerative Medicine (CCRM), a public-private consortium dedicated to accelerating the commercialization of cell and gene therapies. Her experience also spans investment research for middle-market private equity. Amanda holds an Honors Bachelor of Science (Neuroscience) from the University of Toronto.
