Sara Casamento has over 14 years of operations leadership and strategic transformation experience spanning financial services, SaaS technology, healthcare, real estate, and professional services. As Director of Operations at Crosstree Capital Partners, Sara leads enterprise-wide initiatives to scale the firm through technology integration, AI and automation deployment, process optimization, and organizational development. Previously, Sara served as Vice President of Operations at a high-growth SaaS company and led operations for a financial services firm. Sara holds a BA in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of South Carolina and a J.D. from the Charleston School of Law.
