Overview
Aptuit LLC, a leading drug development services company, announced that it has completed the acquisition of InfoPro Solutions, developers of the industry standard Clinicopia® Suite, Clinicambio Data Exchange and the other IT-based, hosted clinical trial materials management solutions.
Under the brand name of Aptuit Informatics, InfoPro Solutions’ experienced professionals will continue to develop, market, and service best-of-breed, mission-critical information systems to support drug developers all over the world.
Significance
The acquisition will enable Aptuit to leverage InfoPro Solutions’ expertise to deploy the industry’s first global, multi-customer, multi-site platform to enable their clients to track details of their drug development projects anywhere in the world, in real time.
The acquisition will enable Aptuit to provide comprehensive solutions to small, virtual, and large global pharmaceutical companies.
The acquisition will immediately enhance Aptuit’s informatics offering by incorporating InfoPro Solutions’ premier clinical information technology systems into Aptuit Informatics’ services and solution offerings.
